- Personal Care - your own physician assisted by a professionally trained staff will deliver your baby in a setting that offers a unique level of personal care.
- Open Visitation - allowing you to have the support of your friends and family at a schedule that best meets your individual needs.
- Prenatal Classes - breathing and relaxation techniques are taught along with expectations of the delivery process. Classes are held on a Saturday from 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. each month. Cost is $35.00. Please call (319) 352-4953 for more information or to register for the next scheduled session.
- Breastfeeding Classes - Certified Breastfeeding educators will review basic principles and what to expect when breastfeeding. Significant others are encouraged to attend. Class will be held once every 6 weeks on a Tuesday, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Carstensen-Gruben Room on the WHC campus. Participants should park in the Orange parking lot and enter through the Orange entrance.
