| | Waverly Health Center’s Foundation was incorporated June 16, 1987 as a 501 c(3) non-profit entity. The foundation solicits, administers and disburses financial support from the general public in support of the health center and its mission to provide the highest quality, patient-focused health care.
The foundation has supported three expansions of Waverly Health Center (1995, 2000 and 2005). It has also assisted Waverly Health Center in offering new specialty services, community health programs and purchased needed equipment to enhance current services. In addition, the foundation raised the necessary dollars to support Tendrils Rooftop Garden & Community Arts Pavilion, completed in February 2008.
Your gifts make a direct impact on our ability to provide enhanced medical facilities, state-of-the-art equipment, expanded services, and programs for you, your family, neighbors and community of the Cedar Valley.
