| | Our dining room is located on the second floor of the hospital. It is open from 6:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. with various food and beverage selections available.
Weekly Menu
Patient Information
The nutrition services staff provides the nourishment needed to support your plan of care for your medical condition while you are in the hospital. Our goal is to provide the highest quality nutrition assessment and therapy to you.
Room service menus allow you to order what you want to eat when you want to eat it. You will be given a menu that matches your current diet order. Room service menus are for patient use only.
To receive food, you must place an order by calling the number on your menu. Room Service is available between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. A delivery time that is convenient for you can be arranged in advance. Otherwise, your food will be delivered in approximately 30-45 minutes. If you are unable to order on your own, nursing and nutrition staff will assist you.
Our interest in your nutritional health includes education. A registered, licensed dietitian, also called a nutrition therapist, may visit with you regarding your diet and is available for questions or consultation during your hospitalization as well as after you are discharged. Your nurse or physician can contact the nutrition therapist.
Family Kitchen
In order to make your stay as comfortable as possible, a Family Kitchen is available for families to either prepare or store foods and drinks for themselves or for the patient. If the food is being prepared for a patient, the family should check with nursing staff for any special dietary restrictions. All food should be clearly labeled with a patient’s name and the date it was put in the kitchen.
Guest Information
Patient visitors are welcome to order a guest tray to be delivered to the patient's room. Guest trays may be ordered from 6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. Price for a guest tray is $5. The nursing staff and nutrition hostess will be happy to assist you with your order and payment arrangements.
Guests may also dine in our dining room from 6:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. The dining room offers a wide variety of choices.
Breakfast items are available from 7 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.
Cold sandwiches are available from 1:15 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
There are also two vending machine areas with various beverages and snacks. One is located on the second floor across from the dining room. The other is located on the third floor across the hall from the Centennial Pavilion elevators.
