Collaborations: Clinic staff works with Wartburg staff and organizations to provide health education and manage on-campus health emergencies. The clinic also serves as a liaison to Bremer County Public Health as needed.
Confidentiality: Your health records are not shared and are safely filed. Information is given out only when your permission is given by written consent.
Medical Records: A medical record is kept on all patients. If you need medical records transferred, a written release is required.
Rehabilitative Therapies: Physical and occupational therapy is offered on campus. A referral is required. You are responsible for any charges incurred.
Specialty Clinics: Specialists from other healthcare providers host regular clinics at Waverly Health Center. You may be referred to these specialists by our clinic.
Payment Options:
You are responsible for all charges for your care at the Noah Campus Health Clinic. Please present your insurance card at the time of check-in. Our staff will make a copy of your card and you will sign an insurance consent form. Information on your treatment, procedure, other needed services and supplies will be submitted to your health insurance company.
Other payment options are available if you do not have insurance or if insurance does not cover all costs. Your parent or guardian (for most students), will receive a bill from Waverly Health Center for co-payments, deductibles and other charges not covered by insurance.
Noah Campus Health Clinic's Connection to Waverly Health Center: Noah Campus Health Clinic is a department of Waverly Health Center (WHC). WHC offers a wide range of diagnostic and preventive care, as well as inpatient and surgery services. More than 50 health care providers and visiting specialists care for patients at WHC. This allows the community immediate access to specialized care. Along with offering a wide variety of health care services. WHC is committed to promoting health and wellness in the communities it serves. Educational programming including community health screens, CPR, first aid classes and health presentations are regularly offered.
