| |  Qualified respiratory care practitioners provide services at Waverly Health Center from 7 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday, and from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends and holidays. Staff are also on call after hours for emergencies and to help with questions and concerns.
Respiratory services provided include oxygen therapy, medication delivery, chest physiotherapy, and life support measures for emergency patients. We provide care for patients of all ages.
Special diagnostic procedures we perform include Electrocardiogram (EKG/ECG), Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT), Graded Treadmill Test (GXT), Cardiac Monitors, Arterial Blood Gas (ABG), Electroencephalogram (EEG), and Sleep Studies.
Patients will check in at the reception desk inside the Green Entrance. The respiratory personnel will provide an escort to the testing area after the registration process has been completed.
In order to provide prompt service, we ask that the patient bring their order for the procedure and a list of medications they are currently taking.
