Payment Options

Please present your insurance card at the time of check-in. Our staff will make a copy of your card and you will sign an insurance consent form. Information on your treatment, procedure, other needed services and supplies will be submitted to your health insurance company. Other payment options are available if you do not have insurance or if insurance does not cover all costs. Your parent or guardian (for most students), will receive a bill from Waverly Health Center for co-payments, deductibles and other charges not covered by insurance.

Clinic staff works with Wartburg staff and organizations to provide health education and manage on-campus health needs. The clinic also serves as a liaison to Bremer County Public Health as needed.

Your health records are not shared and are safely filed. Information is given out only when your permission is given by written consent. Due to Federal privacy laws, clinic or hospital staff will not contact parents or guardians. Students are responsible for contacting their parents and Wartburg staff.
