Compass – Guiding You Toward a Healthy Life

The 5-week program meets from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., once a week on Tuesdays From March 26 through April 23.
The Compass program will help you establish and maintain long-term, healthy behavior change. The program will help you reach your personal goals through:
- A personalized, guided exercise program
- Learning to manage the why, where, when and how much of what you eat
- Looking at their nutrition habits and barriers to healthful eating
- Building momentum through personal choice and lasting behavior change
You will have group and one-on-one attention from a dietitian, wellness coach and personal trainer. These experts will guide you through hands-on activities regarding nutrition, exercise, health and stress management. You can jump-start your physical activity with use of The W throughout the program. Registration for the program is $85 and includes membership to The W for the duration of the program.
