You must have a referral from your provider to participate. Medicare, Medicaid and most medical insurance carriers will cover provider-ordered cardiac rehab. Please verify with your insurance company that your test or treatment is a covered benefit.
Waverly Health Center offers a pulmonary rehab program for people with long-term lung conditions. Sessions are held on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. The length of the program varies, based on your doctor’s order. To join our pulmonary rehab program, talk with your doctor. They can give you a referral to our program.
