American Heart Association (AHA) HeartSaver® Courses:
Waverly Health Center offers several in-person classes throughout the year to complete either CPR/AED certification or CPR/AED/First Aid Certification for non-health care providers. Upon completion of either certification, participants will receive a 2-year completion card from the AHA.
HeartSaver® CPR/AED
This class is an instructor-led and video-based course that teaches CPR and AED use, including how to relieve choking on an adult, child and infant.

HeartSaver® CPR/AED/First Aid
This class is an instructor-led and video-based course that teaches CPR and AED use as well as teaches critical skills to respond to and manage an emergency until emergency medical services (EMS) arrive. Participants will learn how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first-aid emergencies.
Fee: $85 (E-card included)

AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Course:
Waverly Health Center offers an AHA Basic Life Support course through a blended learning approach. This certification is intended only for health care providers.
Please note: There is a cost associated with both the online and in-person skills session for this option. The cost of the BLS hands-on training is $50 per student (E-card included).
