The Reiki Experience
What are Chakras (SHA-kruhs)?
Chakras are spinning wheels of energy. There are seven basic Chakras in the body that Reiki treatments connect with to help balance energy. They are associated with glands, organs, feelings, thoughts and colors. Negative thoughts can cause the Chakras to become unaligned, which can then throw off
our energy flow. To heal is to bring the chakras into alignment and balance.
As humans, we will have feelings and worries throughout our lives that affect our energy. Positive thoughts of love and faith keep the energy flowing and the Chakras aligned. Always remember to let the love and light in.
