A registered dietitian (RD) can help manage chronic disease while making sure you get adequate nutrition. The dietitian will help you create an eating plan and develop strategies to help manage your condition.

Become a Patient

Your health care provider can order these services for you. We accept Medicare, Medicaid and most medical insurances. Medicare Part B, Medicaid and most private insurance companies cover nutrition therapy for diabetes and kidney disease. Please check with your insurance company that nutrition therapy for other chronic diseases as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and weight management are a covered benefit.
